1973 A SOLO SHOW IN GERMANY

Another solo show was held at the Kunsthalle Tübingen before moving to the Städtisches Galerie im Lenbachhaus in Munich.

A single catalogue was produced for the exhibitions, with a German translation of the text by Germano Celant already published the previous year by the Sonnabend Gallery. The text contextualized the artist’s work in the historical periods of references, 1943-1955 and 1955-1963, drawing parallels with the Informel, Action Painting, New Dada, Nouveau Réalisme, Fluxus, Happening and Group Zero art movements.
